The University of Rochester School of Nursing is seeking a part time (50%; 20 hours/week) faculty candidate for a clinical faculty position for the Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program. Candidates must have a RN license and relevant advanced practice experience, as well as experience with professional nursing education, education technology, program development, and project management. Candidates are expected to have a record of scholarly work, a commitment to interdisciplinary approaches and teaching experience. Rank and salary are commensurate with education and experience. Clinical faculty are eligible for promotion along the clinical track.

Reporting directly to the Dean, the Associate Dean ensures the delivery of high-quality, innovative graduate education, and that graduate programs are academically rigorous, compliant with both accreditation and regulatory standards, and aligned with the School's strategic mission. The Associate Dean of Graduate Education provides leadership in curriculum innovation, ensures programs are adequately resourced, and guides the Systematic Evaluation Plan (SEP) to monitor and consistently achieve the highest academic quality. As a member of the School’s senior leadership team, the Associate Dean for Graduate Education collaborates closely with the Dean and the leadership team on policy-making, strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of the School’s activities, and assists in ensuring that the vision, mission, and values are foundational elements in guiding decision-making and actions within the School of Nursing.

The University of Rochester School of Nursing seeks an administrative lead for its two doctoral programs to provide supplementary administrative support to the School of Nursing's Education mission. This role supports the work of the PhD program director, DNP program co-directors, and all associated program faculty and students. This role also serves as primary point of contact for administrative needs of the School's RN-to-BS program. Candidates would be responsible for analysis of workflow related to program administration, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and managing the general office and related administrative services.

The University of Rochester School of Nursing seeks a project nurse for its Center for Employee Wellness. Project nurses provide direct care services to individuals and groups in a variety of settings. For individuals, this position involves assessment, intervention and evaluation of clients in biometric screening clinics, and chronic disease management and lifestyle programs. Holistic care is provided within the context of a robust coaching model using evidence and theory-based care. Nurses perform full panel biometric screenings using point of care testing (POCT) and provide real time follow up counseling and education about strategies to improve or maintain health.
